Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of bringit (bringit.now). By using bringit you agree to them.
What bringit is
bringit is an AI agent that finds, orders and arranges delivery of things for you.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Approvals
You approve every purchase. The agent cannot pay without your approval.
Rehearsal (dry-run) mode
New accounts start in dry-run mode. In this mode the agent shows what it would do, and nothing is bought. You choose when to turn on real orders.
Logins and other sites
You are responsible for the logins you import and for following the terms of the sites you use through bringit. Only switch on sites where you are allowed to use an agent.
Prohibited use
- Anything illegal, or ordering items that are illegal to buy, sell or ship.
- Using someone else's accounts, logins or payment methods without permission.
- Trying to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to get around its safety limits.
- Fraud, abuse, or harassment of merchants, couriers or other people.
Merchants and couriers
Third-party merchants and couriers are responsible for their own goods and services. bringit is not the seller or the carrier of those items.
No guarantees on price or availability
Prices and stock can change at any time. We do not guarantee that an item will be available, at a given price, or delivered by a given time.
Limitation of liability
bringit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some rights cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not limit them.
Termination and account deletion
You can stop using bringit at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings > Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put others at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and keep using bringit means you accept the update.
