Privacy Policy
bringit (bringit.now) is an AI agent that finds, orders and arranges delivery of things for you. This page explains what we collect, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email, from Sign in with Apple, Google, or email sign-up.
- Delivery addresses you save.
- The requests you type to the agent, and the orders it runs for you.
- Saved logins and passkeys that you choose to import into the bringit vault.
- Basic usage and diagnostic data, such as app version, device type and crash reports.
How the credential vault works
Logins in the vault are envelope-encrypted. Each account has its own data key, and that key is itself encrypted by a server key that is kept outside the database. On the iPhone, your logins live in the iOS keychain through the bringit AutoFill extension.
How the agent uses your logins
- The agent can only use a login on a shopping site that you switch on, and only on that site's own domain.
- Banks, email providers, payment apps, crypto exchanges, password managers, and Apple, Google and Microsoft accounts are always blocked, even if you switch them on.
- Every use is recorded in your vault activity.
- "Revoke all" turns off every site at once.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use ad tracking.
AI providers
Your requests are processed by AI model providers. By default this is DeepSeek, or your own Claude account if you connect it. They receive only what is needed to handle the request.
Payments and orders
Nothing is bought without your approval. New accounts start in dry-run (rehearsal) mode, where the agent shows what it would do without buying anything.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings > Delete account. This deletes your account, addresses, vault and order history immediately, and the vault data key is destroyed. You can also email [email protected] and we will do it for you.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account we remove it right away, except for limited records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, which we delete when that need ends.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we limit who can access systems. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and fix problems quickly.
Children
bringit is for people 18 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email.
